Themes

These are some themes that I like. To install just download and unzip. Then SSH into your device and go to root/var/stash/themes.xxx. Now just drag the theme folder into it. Then go to Winterboard and turn it on.

1. oGn Full

The oGn Full theme is a very well done theme and makes your springboard look very good. It includes over 300 app icons.

2.  DockFlow iPod Forevermac/DockFlow iPhone Forevermac

This theme will make your dock look like cover flow. This is one of the best dock flow themes in my opinion.

Also you will need to get FiveIconDock so you can install it through cydia or unzip the download below and drag into Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibries

Then just respring your device and you can now have 5 icons in your dock.

3. 70px

70px is a wierd looking theme but it does still looks good. It’s called 70px because each icon is 70 pixels by 70 pixels.

4. IceApple

IceApple will make your springboard really stand out! It looks really cool and you can tell it took the creator alot of time.

5. Shinicons

Shinicons is a really good looking theme. There are not too many icons but the ones there are look good!!

6. Alit

This is one of my favorites for now. It is simple but looks really good I think. It doesn’t have a huge amount of icons but it puts an overlay on the apps and so it makes it looks like a lot of icons. It doesn’t have any “in app” themes but that doesn’t matter just download a different one with only “in app” themes.

7. iNav Beta

Ok this is THE BEST theme I have found so far!! I am still looking but I love this one. It does take just a little bit of setup though :( . First you need to go into cydia/icy and download “Categories” and “iBlank”. Once you have those installed open up iBlank and create 150 blank icons (just keep clicking the buttons and the popup tells you how many you made so far) then exit the app and it will respring. Then read your device instructions below.

iPod Touch instructions

Create categories named:

1. “Phone”

2. “Text”

3. “iPod”

4. “Games”

5. “Apps”

(Spell exactly the same!!)

iPhone instructions

Create categories named:

1. “Games”

2. “Apps”

(Spell exactly the same!!)

Now put all of your applications in whatever folders you want but keep the apps out for your device.

iPod Touch:

1. Mail

2. Safari

3. Photos

iPhone:

1. Phone

2. Text

3. iPod

4. Mail

5. Safari

6. Photos

CONGRATULATIONS YOUR DONE!!!

Now just turn on the theme and move around your icons to where they belong (there is a list on the side and each big icon has an arrow that should point at it’s name).
